Beginners Classes

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (June 5th, 7th, and 9th) the 7:30 PM class will be beginners classes.  These classes are open to all athletes, not just beginner athletes.  These classes will provide everyone with a good understanding about the fundamental movements of CrossFit as well as teach safe and proper movement and technique.  Look forward to seeing everyone!
