Don’t forget today is the first of 5 consecutive Saturdays that we are encouraging everyone to bring someone they know who is interested in trying, or just seeing a CrossFit workout! All experience levels are welcome for these workouts!!

Partner A rows 750 meters while partner B performs the AMRAP. Once partner A completes the row, athletes will switch. Continue this pattern for all 25 minutes.
